Customer Service Advisors – Portsmouth – Up to £23,400k + 5% Bonus (£1092) Excellent Benefits Including a Recognition payment of £350 in your March pay - You MUST be able to start on 20th February 2023



We are looking for a number of Customer Service Advisors from any sector to join our clients brand new location based in Portsmouth. Our client is one of the worlds leaders in their field and this is a super exciting opportunity to be a part of their new team to take things to the next level!




The Role

You will manage customer contacts on the phone servicing their loyal and UK wide customer base! You will be based on site for the first 6 weeks then move to hybrid working (2/3 days at home each week)




Key Responsibilities:

Handle all inbound calls and Live chats


To manage customer service enquiries in line with our customer service goals


Be a customer champion and feedback on processes, policies, products that can help the business improve


Act with integrity, due care, skill and diligence


Pay due regard to the interest of customers and treat them fairly


Maintain a professional and courteous manner towards your fellow team members & customers

Person Specification:

Experience in a Customer Service position in any industry


Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal


Committed to excellent customer service and prepared to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction


Professional telephone manner
