Job Description

In this compelling leadership position, you will direct team efforts on providing end-to-end management of programs that address strategic initiatives, operational needs, and other key business issues by aligning multiple projects, products, processes, and stakeholders.

The CIO - Program Management - Director role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

  • Oversee the designs and implementation of a program or initiative.
  • Establish and approve goals and processes for a program or initiative.
  • Oversee and report on progress for a program or initiative.
  • Partner with leaders and stakeholders to gain support for a program or initiative.



Minimum Required Experiences. 

  • 8 years of related experience
  • Experience working and leading teams in a matrixed organization
  • Must have prior People Management experience
  • Depth of experience managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion
  • Excellent analytical, strategic conceptual thinking, and consulting skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience working on large-scale, complex, cross functional projects
  • Strong leadership skills including leading teams, giving feedback, facilitating meetings, and coaching and mentoring
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Presentation skills to share information and / or ideas with audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand
  • Influencing skills to include negotiation, persuasion, facilitation, and conflict resolution
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally to achieve common goals
  • Experience helping an organization to plan and manage change in effort to meet strategic objectives


Desired Experiences. 

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent; Master degree preferred
