Fantastic development opportunity for an experienced Support Worker, Senior Support Worker or Care Assistant!
We are seeking experienced care and support practitioners with a Level 3 in Health and Social Care, for an exciting opportunity as a Team Leader within supported living accommodation, supporting people with a range of needs.
You will take a lead role in the daily running of the service, supervising and mentoring support workers to ensure residents receive person-centred support in accordance with their care plans. You will also carry out support, enabling people who have a range of needs including both physical and learning disabilities to enjoy a full and active life.
The role will involve working to a shift rota, so you will need to be comfortable working flexibly including working some unsociable hours. You will also need to hold a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care.
