The role
The main purpose of this role is to support the small finance team in a variety of tasks including handling various international transactions over this ever evolving international organisation. This will suit a detail driven individual who can work in a timely and accurate manner. This is an exciting opportunity as we move closer to the new conference centre opening in early 2023.
The role will be responsible for;
- Processing of accounts payable invoices on the finance platform;
- Processing of international payments through various payment services;
- Credit card and expenses processing;
- Support for scholar travel grants;
- Other support functions under the supervision of the Financial Operations Supervisor;
- Essential skills, experience and qualifications:
- Working towards AAT qualification;
- Some experience in an operational finance environment;
- Flexibility and commitment to team results;
- Proficient in MS Office products (in particular Excel) and in digital platforms and systems;
- Ability to work at a fast pace and desire to learn;
- Organised and excellent communication skills.
