Job Title: Year 2 Teacher

Location: Hull

Salary: £120 - £223.63 per day (Depending on experience)

Start: Immediate

Contract: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

We are seeking a dedicated Year 2 Teacher to deliver high-quality learning on a supply basis, providing engaging and inclusive lessons while fostering a positive classroom environment. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work in well-established schools with the flexibility to suit your schedule.

Year 2 Teacher Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the KS1 curriculum.
• Support pupils’ academic and personal development through differentiated teaching strategies.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and carers to enhance pupil learning.
  

Year 2 Teacher Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with KS1 teaching experience.
• Ability to deliver creative and engaging lessons that support individual learning needs.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Passionate about helping young learners thrive.
• Have an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education.
