A Bit About The Role And You
The role of the Workspace Change and Property Analyst (WCPA) is to support the Asset Strategy Lead (ASL) in all matters relating to day to day property management and Estate master planning activity.
This will include ensuring operational alignment of Charity assets to the outlined strategic direction. Duties will include data collation and analysis of all space across the Charity estate; to contribute and support in the development and improvement of systems and processes in relation to better utilisation of the Estate; to assist in the planning and implementation of major changes in space allocation with the ASL, Director of Estates and other leaders within the Charity.
The WCPA will be expected to work with minimum supervision and work with colleagues from across different functional areas across the Charity. The role will report in to the ASL.
