Workshop Controller / Senior Technician required for Successful Automotive leading Car Dealership in the Croydon area.

Our Client is seeking a Workshop Controller / Senior Technician to join their busy service department and it is essential that you have a previous working experience within a busy Automotive Workshop.

The Salary being offered to the successful Workshop Controller / Senior Technician is up to £45,000 with OTE £50,000.

Duties Of a Workshop Controller / Senior Technician

• Allocating work to the technicians within the Workshop
• Ensuring all associated administration is completed to a very high standard
• Maintaining High Levels of Customer Satisfaction
• Supervising the team of Vehicle Technicians
• Complying with Health and Safety regulations and ensuring the Workshop is a safe place to work
• Old-School Foreperson Vibes: We’re after an old-school foreperson – someone who’s hands-on and still loves being in the workshop. You’ll be walking the floor, jumping in to help out, and making sure the quality of work is always top-notch. No sitting back and just managing!
  
  

The Successful Workshop Controller / Senior Technician will:

• Have a previous working experience within a similar role
• Strong Leadership skills
• A full and valid UK Driving Licence
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy Workshop
• Strong technical expertise – this is a must.
• Someone with a bit of the old-school foreperson spirit – leading by example and always ready to help.
