The Workforce Systems Lead is responsible for leading the vision, support, continuous improvement, and governance of our Kronos WFM, Zellis Payroll, and Acre Access Control Systems. This role ensures that these systems are effectively integrated, optimized, and aligned with the organization's strategic goals.

Responsibilities

Leadership and Vision

  • Develop and communicate a clear vision for the workforce systems, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of system enhancements and upgrades.

System Support And Maintenance

  • Oversee the daily operations and support of Kronos WFM, Zellis Payroll, and Acre Access Control Systems.
  • Ensure system reliability, data integrity, and security compliance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues with workforce systems in a timely manner.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities for system improvements and efficiencies.
  • Lead projects to implement new features, modules, and integrations.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure the systems remain current and effective.

Governance And Compliance

  • Establish and enforce policies and procedures for system use and data management.
  • Ensure compliance in line with GDPR, SOX, and cybersecurity recommendations.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to maintain system integrity.

Collaboration And Training

  • Work closely with HR, IT, Operations, and other departments to understand their needs and ensure systems meet their requirements.
  • Provide training and support to system users.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement among system users.
  • Ability to understand technical aspects and translate them to stakeholders at all levels.

What You Will Need

  • Experience leading Workforce Systems.
  • Extensive experience with Kronos WFM, Zellis Payroll, and Acre Access Control Systems.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influence skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
