Job Title: Workforce Success Executive

Reporting to: Head of Customer Success

Location: Hybrid, Scotland – Up to 4 days in the Hamilton Office

Salary: £25,000, plus up to £6,000 pa bonus

You’re a natural communicator who can effortlessly engage with colleagues, clients, and partners. You know how to prioritise like a pro, stay calm under pressure, and keep things moving – even when working remotely.


Tech-savvy and adaptable, you’re quick to pick up new systems and always operate with discretion and professionalism.Experience in the healthcare sector? That’s a big plus – but your drive, people skills, and ability to get things done are what really count.


What You’ll Be Doing:


  • Be the go-to contact for colleagues, making sure they have a smooth, positive experience.
  • Quickly match colleagues to shifts using our app – and promote them to clients.
  • Resolve complaints efficiently, working alongside our Quality and Complaints team.
  • Conduct appraisals, promote training, and encourage colleagues to manage their shifts via our digital platform.
  • Manage onboarding and leavers processes, keep client records up to date, and ensure everything is compliant.
  • Drive engagement and retention – making our workforce stronger, happier, and more connected.


What You Bring:


  • Experience in roles where building and managing professional relationships is key.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills – especially in busy environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills that inspire confidence.
  • A collaborative, can-do attitude with a knack for solving problems.
  • Resilience and determination to deliver results under pressure.
  • Comfort with technology and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • (Bonus) Knowledge of healthcare regulations or experience in the healthcare sector.
