This is a rare opportunity to join a leading client as their Platform Lead for Workday Financials, taking ownership and leading on how best to implement the product for this customer.
You will have either a Finance background or be qualified via experience, and have hands on experience working with either Workday Financials or another leading Finance solution (eg SAP, Oracle, Unit4), with at least 2+ years experience leading on finance systems solutions.

The Role

As a Workday Financial Platform Lead, you will be responsible for providing Workday Financial expertise to the stakeholders Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing consultation to stakeholders on financial business processes and best practices
- Participating in Workday Financial implementations, including gathering requirements, designing, configuring, testing, and deploying the solution
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and provide recommendations for optimization
- Leading and facilitating workshops and training sessions for stakeholders
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction
- Staying up-to-date with the latest Workday Financial product updates and trends to provide recommendations to clients
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting for Workday Financial solutions
- Collaborating with other consultants and teams to ensure successful delivery of projects
- Either a Qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field, or qualified by experience of working within the space
- At least 2 years of experience in implementing and supporting Workday Financial solutions
- Strong understanding of financial business processes, accounting principles, and best practices
- Experience with Workday Financial modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with clients and collaborate with other consultants and teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
