Wellbeing Advisor – Join Anchor at The Peaks, Woodford!
Location: The Peaks
Salary: Up to £27,724 .00 per annum pro rata
Hours: 26 hours per week
The Role:
As a Wellbeing Advisor, you’ll play a key role in supporting residents to live happy, healthy, and independent lives. You’ll deliver a person-centred wellbeing service, ensuring every individual’s needs are met through tailored plans and engaging activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct wellbeing assessments and create personalised plans for residents.
- Promote physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing through one-to-one support and group activities.
- Organise and lead wellbeing events, workshops, and social activities.
- Offer guidance on nutrition, exercise, stress management, and healthy living.
- Maintain accurate wellbeing records and monitor progress.
- Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to enhance resident experience.
About You:
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Passionate about improving the lives of older people.
- Experienced in delivering wellbeing, health, or fitness services.
- Skilled in communication and building positive relationships.
- Organised, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ideally qualified in health, fitness, or wellbeing (or willing to work towards this).

The Peaks is our brand-new development in Woodford, Greater Manchester, offering stylish one- and two-bedroom apartments and bungalows for over 55s. With first-class facilities including a bistro, landscaped gardens, hair and beauty salon, and a welcoming residents’ lounge, The Peaks is designed to help people make the most of later life in a friendly, supportive environment.
