- The suitable candidate must be able to get to the early shifts by own means of transport the earliest time 0600 and the latest time being 2330

- Candidates will be subject to a Right to Work check & DBS check for this position

The Role
In this role, as a Welcome Host, you’ll be the friendly face of Greater Anglia, delivering effective customer service while helping passengers travel smoothly and safely. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Create a welcoming environment while providing proactive assistance to customers on and off trains.
- Handle all matters related to safety, security, cash regulations, and maintenance of ticket machines.
- Carry out winter precautions in accordance with station arrangements.
- Maintain security at the station.
- Perform station cleaning to uphold the appearance of the station.
- Conduct security checks as part of the Station Security Plans (SSP), with varying frequencies based on the station (every 30 minutes to twice a day).
