- Welcome customers warmly and ensure they feel appreciated from the moment they arrive.
- Provide helpful information about the store layout, promotions, and services.
- Assist customers with directions to specific departments or facilities.
- Handle customer queries or complaints promptly and professionally, escalating where necessary.
- Support the team by promoting current offers, events, and loyalty programs.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable entrance and information area.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer journey throughout the store.
- A friendly, approachable personality with excellent communication skills.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with people from all walks of life.
- Good problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.
