Hours: 20 hours a week working 4 days out of 7

Role Overview:

As a Welcome Host, you’ll create a warm and inviting atmosphere for our customers, greeting them on arrival and assisting with any queries. You’ll be an ambassador for the brand, ensuring every customer feels valued and well-informed during their visit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers warmly and ensure they feel appreciated from the moment they arrive.
• Provide helpful information about the store layout, promotions, and services.
• Assist customers with directions to specific departments or facilities.
• Handle customer queries or complaints promptly and professionally, escalating where necessary.
• Support the team by promoting current offers, events, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain a tidy and presentable entrance and information area.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer journey throughout the store.
