Weekend Production Supervisor
Location: Plymouth
Salary: £34,000- £40,000 + 12% Bonus + Benefits + 44% Shift Premium
Shift Pattern: Friday to Monday, rotating day/night shifts (29 hours/week)
As a Manufacturing Shift Leader, you’ll be responsible for leading a team of 45–50 Associates to consistently deliver exceptional performance in safety, quality, and productivity. You’ll coach, support, and inspire your team, while playing a vital role in continuous improvement and operational success at our Plymouth site.

What are we looking for?
- Experience in managing or supervising teams, ideally in an operational or production setting.
- A confident communicator who can work with people across all levels and backgrounds.
- A problem-solver who takes initiative and is comfortable making decisions in the moment.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement or OPEX practices.
- Lead your team through daily operations to deliver on safety, quality, and food safety KPIs.
- Manage work allocation, shift planning, attendance, and performance in a fair and supportive way.
- Build a strong team culture through coaching, feedback, and personal development planning.
- Drive operational improvements and support projects focused on efficiency and team capability.
