We are seeking a strategic and technically skilled B2B website and SEO manager to lead the administration, optimization, and performance of our corporate website. Reporting to the VP, Demand Generation, this role is critical in driving organic traffic, improving user experience, and ensuring our digital presence supports lead generation and business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in website management, SEO/AEO strategy, and analytics, with a keen understanding of B2B customer journeys.

We are seeking a strategic and technically skilled B2B website and SEO manager to lead the administration, optimization, and performance of our corporate website. Reporting to the VP, Demand Generation, this role is critical in driving organic traffic, improving user experience, and ensuring our digital presence supports lead generation and business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in website management, SEO/AEO strategy, and analytics, with a keen understanding of B2B customer journeys.
A Little About You...
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience managing B2B websites and SEO in a digital marketing environment; SaaS experience preferred.
- Proficiency with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot, Drupal).
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
- Experience with SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).
- Familiarity with web analytics platforms (Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, Hotjar).
- Knowledge of website performance optimization and accessibility standards.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Own the day-to-day management of the company’s B2B website, ensuring uptime, performance, and security.
- Collaborate with design, development, and content teams to implement new pages, features, and updates, (including building personalization into the site via native functionality or 3rd party vendors like Mutiny).
- Manage website architecture, navigation, and internal linking to optimize user experience and SEO.
- Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve technical issues (broken links, page speed, mobile responsiveness, etc.).
- Oversee website integrations with marketing automation, analytics, and other third-party tools.
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and qualified traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page optimization (meta tags, headers, schema markup, structured data, etc).
- Track and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are applied to all web content.
- Implement A/B testing and CRO strategies to improve lead generation and conversion rates.
- Maintain consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across the website.
