Web Developer
We Make Change

Support a startup addressing inequality of education in Nigeria
Adesso Development Initiative aims to address the inequality of education, the digital divide, promote inclusion and responsible consumption and production. Adesso is an Italian word for “now”, and this project serves as a call to action, asking us to act now because the future is now, the time to act is now, and the digital age is now. Adesso engages with various stakeholders and organisations to influence them to carry out their social responsibilities through the Adesso. They gather old, but functioning, laptops as well as crowdfunding to enable the purchase of other necessary tech accessories and to help them to run tech training courses. The hope is that through this project, the digital divide over time will lessen and also increase in digital literacy among young people.
Role (Volunteer): Web Developer.
Role Description: Create a visually appealing, user-friendly website, and ensure the website functions properly across different devices and browsers.
Time Commitment: Volunteer 2-3 hours per week for 1-2 months remotely
