This is a full-time, permanent role with the opportunity to work across a wide range of client sites. As a Monitoring Technician, you’ll be on the ground and in the action, carrying out crucial testing, inspections, and maintenance.

Who are we looking for?
We’re after motivated, practical individuals who are ready to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in. No experience? No problem—we’ll train you up!
- Customer-Focused- You’ll be talking to clients and tenants, so we need someone who’s friendly, clear, and helpful, always making sure customers feel supported.
- Organised & Independent- You’ll manage your own time and arrange site visits. We’re looking for someone who can stay organised and handle tasks without needing constant direction.
- Team Player -You’ll be working with different people, including account managers and supervisors. Being a good communicator and working well with others is important.
- Detail-Oriented- You’ll be doing things like water testing and valve checks. We need someone who pays attention to the little details and gets things done right.
- Eager to Learn- No experience? No problem! We’ll train you, and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to learn and improve their skills.
- Conduct water testing and monitoring in line with ACoP L8 guidelines
- Perform sampling, shower cleans, and disinfection tasks
- Service thermostatic mixing valves (TMVs)
- Liaise professionally with clients and tenants
- Manage your own schedule and site visits
- Carry out manual handling tasks and work at height when needed
