Warehouse Supervisor

We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor, based at our Distribution Centre, Walker Park in Blackburn.

Key Responsibilities …

• Assisting in the efficient performance of all operational activities to deliver high standards
• Ensuring an adherence to health and safety requirements
• Achievement of specified KPIs
• Supporting the Shift Managers in the day to day operational tasks associated with the shift
• Support a positive and value-driven culture
• Ensuring the shift is operationally fully compliant with all work instructions
• Managing, coaching and developing a team of operatives

• Ability to work the full range of shift patterns
• Credible supervisor with previous experience
• Strong leader
• Excellent communicator able to communicate at all levels both verbally and written
• Excellent organisational skills
• Excellent people manager, able to manage performance and Employee Relations in a fair & consist manner
• Able to motivate & develop a team
