In this dynamic role, you'll be the showerhead of our Monday- Friday operations, ensuring a smooth flow from receiving to dispatch. You'll lead a dedicated team, ensuring all orders are picked, packed, and shipped with the precision of a perfectly balanced bath.

Here's a peek at your duties:

• Lead the Team: You'll be the Master of motivation, inspiring your team to achieve peak performance – no clogged drains here!
• Operational Excellence: From receiving new stock to dispatching dreamy bathroom suites, you'll oversee all aspects of the warehouse with the efficiency of a power shower.
• Safety First: You'll be the guardian of a safe and secure working environment, ensuring all health and safety regulations are followed.
• Problem-Solving Prowess: Got a logistical jam? You'll be the unblocking superhero, devising solutions to keep operations flowing freely.
• Tech-Savvy Star: You'll wield the power of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to keep track of inventory and orders.
• Communication Champion: You'll be a clear and concise communicator, fostering a positive and collaborative team spirit.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years' warehouse experience, preferably with a leadership twist.
• Leadership skills that would make a Roman emperor proud.
• Communication and organisation skills sharper than a brand new tap.
• The ability to prioritise and thrive under pressure (we're talking deadlines, not leaky pipes!).
• A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy (no room for misplaced towel rails here!).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (because spreadsheets are your secret weapon!).
• A working knowledge of WMS is a plus (but not a must!).
• A forklift truck license (e.g., counterbalance or reach truck) is the cherry on top!

Shifts Available:

• Monday - Friday 7:30am-6:30pm & 11:30 - 19:30 2 Week Rotating Shift
