Suma is a worker co-operative; a business owned and run by over 200 members who work here. We’re a group of ordinary people who have built a business on principles of integrity and equality. Suma workers work together collectively to set the direction of the business - there are no shareholders and no traditional ‘bosses’. We are now looking for Warehouse Pickers to join us on a full-time, 12-month fixed-term basis, working across 2pm - 10pm or 10pm - 6am shifts, three or four days per week.

The Role

As a Warehouse Picker, you will fulfil customer orders and perform various warehouse tasks to meet daily operational demands.

You will primarily be responsible for picking customer orders in a safe, cooperative, accurate, and productive manner, ensuring the timely processing of orders in line with our targets.

“You may also get involved with other warehouse tasks, such as goods despatch, freezer work, stock control, and training as required by the business.
