Warehouse Operative - Fradley Park - Rotating shifts 6-2 / 2-10

Warehouse Operatives required for Distribution Center in Fradley Park, Lichfield WS13

We are looking for determined and accomplished individuals to join our teams on-site in Lichfield for Wincanton, on behalf of our customer Screwfix, working in a busy Warehouse environment, picking and dispatching and also working with MHE.

You'll deliver KPI's both productively and accurately to ensure we deliver a seamless journey for our customer whilst maintaining a high level of Health & Safety within the Warehouse Operation.

Rotating shifts Monday to Friday pattern - 6/2 - 2/10

Pay Rates:- £11.44ph - basic rate on morning shift & Afternoon shift £11.44 ph for 6 hours and £13.88 ph for 2 hours on afternoon shift

• Any experience within a warehouse setting is advantageous but NOT essential
• Work independently and as part of a team to achieve KPI's and targets effectively
• To understand the importance of delivering excellent customer service
• Work in a fast-paced environment where a high-volume workload must be achieved
• Can show initiative and provide solutions to their team to work more effective
  
  

12 week Temp-to-Perm for the right candidates

Good spoken and written English required

Duties

General Warehouse/Picking/Loading & Unloading / Recycling/ Hygiene duties/Driving a LLOP truck to pick

Must be able to communicate with team members - Must be self motivated and able to use your own initiative
