Parts Warehouse Operative – Powering Global Logistics

Are you ready to join the engine of a busy global operation? Our warehouse processes thousands of spare parts every day, shipping them to dealers around the world. As one of 18 warehouse operatives, you'll be a key player in a fast-paced, high-performing team that thrives on precision and teamwork.

In this role, you'll receive and handle parts and accessories, manage stock movement across departments, and process both inbound deliveries and outbound dispatch. You’ll also be picking, packing, kitting BOMs, working at height when needed, and safely using equipment like forklifts, pallet jacks, VNAs, and man risers. Confidence with physical handling, order processing, and returns management is essential, along with the ability to adapt quickly and support different parts of the operation as priorities shift.

You’ll be expected to keep accurate inventory using both Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office tools, so a basic level of IT literacy is important. Equally valuable are strong communication skills, a sharp eye for detail, and the physical stamina to meet the daily demands of the role. Previous warehouse experience is important, especially in environments focused on speed, accuracy, and quality. While FLT and man riser licences are desirable, full training can be provided.

We’re looking for someone who lives our values: Unity, Trust, Openness, Ownership, and Courage. You’ll need to provide five years of references and complete a DBS check before starting. In return, you’ll join a stable and supportive team working Monday–Thursday 08:00–18:00, Friday 08:00–17:00 (Onsite every day).
