Warehouse Operative

Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting full-time, permanent Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Harlow (CM19 5TX).

These are full-time, permanent positions, and currently we are working on the following shift pattern:-

Monday to Friday 06:00-14:00, and 14:00-22:00 (However, you must be flexible as these shifts will be changing to a 4on,4off 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00)

What you will do on a typical day:

• Ensure a steady flow of goods throughout all areas of the warehouse
• Get involved in a wide variety of warehouse functions, such as inbound, outbound and stock control
• Picking and packing of goods from our designer brands
• Use warehouse management systems on a day-to-day basis
  
  
  

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• A fantastic attitude with the desire to learn and develop your skills and experience
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Warehouse experience would be beneficial, but not essential as training will be provided
• A safety-focused, detail-oriented and conscientious approach to your work
