We're now looking for a Warehouse Operative to play a key role at the centre of our fulfilment operation.
️A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
- To complete the safe, efficient & accurate execution of warehouse tasks to help ensure that the needs of the customer are met.
- To collate and check stock for trade and transfer and load vehicles accordingly.
- To pack mixed cases for trade customers using the knowledge of brand recognition and brand pack codes, cases must be packed neatly in the correct configurations.
- To operate all types of truck electric, MLOP, PPT, Pedestrian PPT, Reach, and Counter Balance Trucks.
- In-house training provided, please note this role includes handling tobacco items.
- Previous practical experience as a Warehouse Operative, within a logistics environment or similar role and be familiar with all Manual Handling Procedures essential.
- Previous experience of the preparation and distribution of volume orders
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage your own workload
- MHE experience specifically MLOP, PPT, FLT - Desirable
