As a member of the Warehouse team, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive an excellent experience
Key Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Picking customer orders, loading vans and making regular checks to ensure all orders are picked correctly
- Oversee the dispatch of orders and coordinate van deliveries
- Assist in offloading shipping containers ensuring stock is palletised and stacked correctly and securely
- Assist with a rolling stock taking program, ensuring all stock is located correctly at all times
- Box, pack and wrap picked items ready for shipping
- Ensuring a clean and safe workhouse for staff to work in
- Moving items through the warehouse from receipt to dispatch to customers
- Occasionally assisting with delivering stock to customers homes
- Dealing directly with customers, assisting customers to load vehicles
- Carrying out deliveries to customers across Scotland; driving company vehicles, loading/unloading van
- Proven warehouse experience with a strong focus on picking and packing.
- Proficient in materials handling and operating forklifts.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and shipping & receiving processes.
- Ability to perform stocking, quality control, and heavy lifting tasks.
- Mechanical knowledge and experience in loading and unloading goods efficiently.
- Full, clean UK driving license that has been valid for at least 1 year
