We're seeking a strategic and customer-focused VP Customer Success to lead and expand their SAAS solutions into the client base, both on-boarding new clients and nurturing existing ones. The ideal candidate will develop and execute innovative strategies to transform customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction.

Our client is a well-established SAAS provider into the Manufacturing sector, with a global presence.
Description
As VP Customer Success:
- Develop and implement customer success strategies to increase customer satisfaction and onboarding.
- Lead, manage and expand the CS department.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Analyse customer data to improve customer experiences and satisfaction.
- Manage customer success activities and track their effectiveness.
- Advocate for the voice of the customer within the company.
- Drive customer success outcomes by increasing renewal rates and reducing churn.
- Influence future lifetime value through higher product adoption, customer satisfaction and overall health scores.
Profile
The successful VP Customer Success should have:
- A strong understanding of B2B Software or IT solutions into the Manufacturing sector
- A background working in SME, high growth technology businesses
- A background in leading Customer Success teams internationally
- Proven leadership skills of remotely based teams
- Experience with the onboading and integration of clients
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- An ability to develop and implement customer success strategies.
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
- An ability to travel, can be based in UK or Europe.
