We're looking for experienced youth workers to join Malvern Sea Cadets, helping to teach our young people new skills for life! Join us in a uniformed or non-uniformed role!

What will you be doing?
Do you enjoy mentoring and inspiring young people? Are you passionate about helping the next generation develop skills, confidence and leadership abilities? As a Youth Worker and Cadet Instructor, you will play a vital role in delivering fun, engaging and educational activities to help cadets thrive. You'll lead sessions that promote personal development, teamwork and maritime skills while fostering a supportive and inclusive environment. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver a variety of activities and lessons, including leadership, navigation and water-based skills Act as a mentor and role model for cadets, providing guidance and encouragement Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all cadets during training and events Collaborate with other volunteers to plan and execute unit events and programs Monitor the progress and development of individual cadets, providing feedback and support as needed
