What are we looking for?

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience Understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram and LinkedIn (including their best practices, algorithms, and user behaviour) Ability to create engaging, original content tailored to different platforms, including graphics, videos, and written posts Ability to design and execute social media campaigns that align with marketing goals and track performance metrics Proficiency in using social media analytics tools to monitor performance and interpret data Experience in maintaining a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all social media channels Ability to think outside the box and develop unique content ideas that capture attention and drive engagement Basic skills in video editing to create visually appealing content Up-to-date with the latest digital trends and able to incorporate them into our social media strategy

In this role, you'll create engaging content, manage posts, and interact with our audience while maintaining a consistent, professional brand voice aligned with our marketing goals.
