What will you be doing?
We need to translate our charity's needs, current property and plans for the future into a property strategy that will help enable the impact we can have and use funds carefully. We would envisage this project taking shape over a few months and we are very flexible when you do the work. We need a self-starter who can help shape the brief, understand the needs and potential needs of the charity, review our current property, leases and useage and develop a strategy that will help us make the right decisions at the right moments as we see our work grow.
