You will play a key role in shaping and guiding the charity’s approach to learning and development. You will focus on building organisational capability, supporting employee growth, and continuous learning as well as providing strategic direction.

- Proven experience in a senior learning and development position.
- Strong understanding and experience of training needs analysis, programme design, and evaluation.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Ability to build strong working relationships at all levels.
- Organised, proactive, and able to work independently. Desirable
- Experience of embedding coaching and mentoring within an organisation.
- Experience of working in the charity or not-for-profit sector.
- Knowledge of hybrid and digital learning tools.
- CIPD qualification (or working towards) or equivalent.
- Coaching/mentoring qualification. What will you be doing?
