Support our small charity’s IT network. Volunteer to help with user setup, basic troubleshooting, and system maintenance. Flexible hours, remote or onsite. Make a real impact using your tech skills to keep us running smoothly.
What difference will you make?
Volunteer with our small charity and play a vital role in keeping our digital operations running smoothly. Technology underpins everything we do—from managing case files to coordinating the team and delivering services—so your support will have a direct and lasting impact on our ability to serve the community. In this role, you’ll help maintain and improve our internal IT systems. Tasks may include setting up user accounts, supporting device configuration, troubleshooting basic issues, and assisting with software or system updates. You might also contribute to longer-term projects like improving data backup processes, supporting cloud migration, or strengthening cybersecurity measures. You’ll work closely with our staff team, responding to their technical needs and helping ensure systems are accessible, secure, and reliable. Whether resolving a connectivity hiccup or advising on best practices for safe data storage, your expertise will empower others to focus on their core work. This is a flexible, supportive volunteering opportunity. Whether you’re onsite, working remotely, or a combination of both, we’ll tailor the role around your availability and interests. We welcome applicants with solid foundational IT skills—particularly around Windows, Microsoft 365, and basic networking—and offer you a chance to build experience while making a difference. Your work behind the scenes enables everything that happens on the front lines. By helping us stay connected, secure, and efficient, you'll be part of every story we help write in the community.
