What difference will you make?
Our annual report is critical to help us communicate with funders and increase our income, which will allow us to support more young people in need.
What are we looking for?
About you You are experienced in Graphic Design You care about supporting young people. You'll take the time to listen and understand who TRAIN is. You’re comfortable evolving a brand that speaks clearly to three distinct audiences young people, the local community, and institutional funders. You embrace paradoxes – we are fun yet professional, bold yet approachable, youthful yet experienced, friendly yet authoritative, casual yet impactful, dynamic yet consistent. You understand that great design is about creating meaningful impact, not just aesthetic appeal. You’re eager to help bring our mission to life visually and elevate the work we do. You can commit to completing this work over a period of the next couple of weeks
What will you be doing?
We do all our graphic design in Canva - its free for charities, and it means our staff can pick it up and edit in future We have a nice template for our annual report from last year. We have all the content ready - we just need the content subbing into the template. There's also space to evolve and mature the template to reflect the evolution of our charity brand. It's about 28 pages long, but not all of those need design treatment We need it done within about 2 weeksOverall, we'd estimate this could take around 6-10 hours.
