VIBE Youth CIC are searching for a fundraiser to research, write and submit applications for capital and revenue funds to support our services to ensure children and young people get the support they need.
What difference will you make?
Freeing up senior management's time, to allow focus on other key organisational aspects and will alleviate the pressure. Providing industry-specific knowledge. Helping the organisation understand what opportunities they should go for. Allowing us to bid for more opportunities. Improving the organisations tender strategies.
What are we looking for?
This will be a wide-ranging role, working closely with the senior management team to establish, develop and maintain new fundraising initiatives for Vibe Youth. You will build a detailed understanding of all of Vibe Youth's Service activities and strategic objectives to identify projects and activities of interest to funders. You will identify opportunities, support on bid-writing and professional tender submissions and produce detailed personalised responses that contribute to our continued success. You will work alongside colleagues to produce and develop service models, solutions, evidence and content that support winning bids. Experience in bid writing and fundraising essential.

VIBE Youth CIC is an award-winning community interest company based in Swansea, South Wales. Founded through personal lived experiences to ignite transformational change in the lives of individuals who have been systematically overlooked, under served and underestimated. VIBE challenges the status quo through innovative, evidence based approaches enabling individuals to rise up, take ownership of their futures, creating a sense of hope and purpose. We would like the volunteer to Research potential grant funders and identify other capital and revenue opportunities. Write, edit and submit high quality content for funding applications and bid processes, completing documents to deadline and ensuring they are of consistent quality and style. Establish and manage a portfolio of funders, including compiling and producing progress reports, with support from the Chief Operating Officer. Where relevant, arrange for prospects and donors to visit the work of VIBE Youth.
