The ability to build rapport, motivate others, and create a supportive community within the charity. Strong organizational skills to manage volunteer schedules, coordinate events and activities, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ability to prioritize tasks, set deadlines, and manage time efficiently is crucial. Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and problem-solve effectively. The capacity to identify areas for improvement, propose solutions, and implement changes autonomously. Basic understanding of fundraising principles and experience identifying potential fundraising opportunities. Collaborating with the Fundraising and Marketing Manager to explore avenues for financial support and sustainability. Experience in campaigning or organizing to achieve social change.
