We’re looking for a great communicator to play a key role internally and externally at Emerge Worldwide — helping us raise our voice against sexual exploitation and sex trafficking.

What are we looking for?
Skills and Experience We’re Looking For Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent IT skills, especially Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience using tools like Mailchimp or other communication software. Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities. Strong team player with the ability to work across departments. Experience with stakeholder communication, administration, or project support. A genuine passion for Emerge Worldwide’s mission to end sexual exploitation and sex trafficking.

About Emerge Worldwide Emerge Worldwide is a charity dedicated to advocating against sexual exploitation and sex trafficking, with a particular focus on protecting children, young people, and women. We work with schools, agencies, frontline workers, and communities to raise awareness, prevent exploitation, and provide vital training and advocacy. We also provide support to victims/survivors. The Role We are looking for a proactive and skilled Communications Officer to join our growing team. This role is central to how we share our message, strengthen relationships, and coordinate communication across the organisation. You will manage newsletters, partner engagement, directories, enquiries, and meeting coordination, while ensuring smooth information flow between departments. Working closely with the Operations Manager, you will be at the heart of our organisational communications — helping us raise our profile, engage stakeholders, and advocate for those most vulnerable to exploitation. Key Responsibilities Produce and distribute engaging newsletters and updates. Communicate with partners, collaborators, influencers, and associates. Manage organisational directories and contact lists. Respond to general enquiries and coordinate stakeholder communication. Support cross-departmental communication and calendar management. Provide administrative support. Liaise with teams to ensure consistent messaging. Use IT tools (Microsoft Office, Mailchimp, CRM systems) to manage communication effectively.
