What You’ll Do

As an Offsite Advisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of one of VCL’s high-profile Corporate Clients. Your focus will be on driving customer loyalty by delivering excellence in quality, efficiency, and innovation. This home-based role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the seamless execution of the client's mobile strategy, despite being located remotely from their offices.

• You will be responsible for comprehensive account administration, including order processing, customer communications, database management, and resolving technical, network, and billing inquiries efficiently
• You will collaborate with Credit Control to address and resolve outstanding debts and late payment matters
• You will provide monthly billing reports, along with producing and analysing regular reporting packs for the customer
• You will be responsible for attending and contributing meetings with customer and accounts team to drive improvements and cost saving
• You will act as the expert front line support in offering end users advice on device and tariff information including product range and equipment pricing
• You will offer initial guidance to end users on the key advantages and features of the Vodafone Network
