VIP Tour Guide Supervisor

Key Duties Will Include

• Manage bookings, liaising with corporate teams regarding VIP Tours or exclusive buses.
• Assign tour duties to team.
• Manage rota of tour guides
• Manage performance of team
• Manage financial budgets and costs for tour guide team
• Hire and employ new staff as required
• Vehicle maintenance, checks, compliance and administration
• Administration of compliance documents: driving licenses checks, risk assessments, incident forms
• Administration of staffing details: payroll, time and attendance, staff schedules,
• Regular communication with other departments, including updating tour information.
  
  

About You

• Full UK driving licence for this role to enable you to drive our Land Rovers.
• Ability to recall large amounts of information and speak to groups in confident manner.
• Ability to focus a team to deliver memorable experiences and outstanding guest service.
• Ability to work efficiently at fast pace when required
• Ability to manage effectively and to support and coach colleagues
• Passionate about supporting the brand, with excellent broad animal knowledge.

Your contract

You will work full-time hours over a 7-day rota, working 5 days out of 7, including weekends, evenings and bank holidays as required. Working hours are 08.30 - 17.00 Flexible around peak hours, with earlier finish during off peak and closed dates.

Location: On Site - Longleat (Warminster, Wiltshire, BA12 7NW)
