• Know how to set up shots and equipment (lights, tripods etc) and get the best angle for the purpose of the video?

• Know how to make audio sound like Steven Bartlett's podcast?

• Do you know how to edit engaging, punchy video content for social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube?

• Are you video content obsessed? Scroll through TikTok thinking, “I could do a better job than that?!” Or rant over YouTube videos that were just that touch too long?

• Can you use Premiere Pro?

• Do you have ‘the eye’ for spotting viral content in long-form video content, such as Podcasts and YouTube videos?

Requirements-wise, you’ll need the below to smash this role:

• On-hand camera experience – We currently use Sony cameras, but it’s not required to have used them before.

• A wide Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud suite – Our main engine in the editing room is Premiere Pro, so make sure you can tell us exactly what every button does!

• Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently at times.

• Highly organised and detail-oriented with an ability to multitask.

• Already has, or wants to build a personal brand
