We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and hands-on Video Marketing Specialist to join us and help us elevate our global brand through compelling visual storytelling.

This role is about more than just making videos, it’s about creating engaging, high-impact multimedia content that fuels lead generation, strengthens client relationships, supports learning, and amplifies our employer brand. You’ll take full ownership of our video and podcast production process, work closely with senior leaders (including our CEO), and help grow Lumina’s media presence across global markets.

What you will be doing:

As our Video Marketing Specialist, you’ll be the creative force behind video and podcast content that drives brand growth, lead generation, and audience engagement.

Your work will span:

  • End-to-end video production – from concept and scripting to filming, editing, and publishing
  • Social first content – creating platform-optimised videos for LinkedIn and other B2B channels
  • Thought leadership & influencer support – collaborating with the CEO and guests to amplify reach
  • Product & learning content – bringing our tools, events, and ideas to life on screen
  • Client stories & case studies – capturing success stories from the UK and abroad
  • Podcast & YouTube strategy – co-leading content, guest management, and performance tracking
  • Employer brand & internal culture – producing content that showcases who we are and why we do what we do

You’ll collaborate across teams, travel for shoots, and be trusted to deliver standout content that gets results.

What we’re looking for:
  • You’re a visual storyteller who can balance creativity with business outcomes
  • 2+ years’ experience in videography and photography
  • Proficiency in video production tools (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent)
  • Experience with podcast production and YouTube management
  • A track record of delivering video campaigns that drive commercial results
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently
  • Flexibility to travel for events and client shoots (UK & internationally)
You’ll thrive in this role if you are:
  • Creative and detail-oriented with a passion for storytelling
  • Commercially sharp, understanding how content drives impact
  • Agile, adaptable, and proactive
  • A strong team player with great communication skills
  • Curious, innovative, and unafraid to try new things
  • Organised, resilient, and skilled at juggling multiple projects
