IMPORTANT INFORMATION: This role is a 12 month fixed term contract/secondment, covering parental leave.
Corporate Sector Coverage (CSC) is a client coverage business within CIB, operating across the UK, North America, and Europe, managing businesses with annual turnovers exceeding £100m. The Healthcare, TMT & Leisure (HTL) team within CSC focuses on high-profile corporate clients, including some of the largest companies in the UK. The team has seen strong momentum, financing UK tech companies aligned with Lloyds' purpose, and working with global multinationals and private equity or infrastructure sponsor-owned companies. We're passionate about enabling clients to grow in this fast-paced sector.
The HTL team engages clients across the FTSE 100, offering a range of balance sheet, hedging, and cash management solutions. Working on Investment Grade, Leveraged Finance, and Infrastructure & Project Finance transactions provides unique depth and breadth to the role. Success comes from continuous interaction with clients, credit, risk, and delivery functions, as well as product partners within our wider division.
What You'll Be Doing
Manage a designated portfolio of client relationships across all products, aligned with key partners.
Develop a deep understanding of client trends within HTL sub-segments, driving thought leadership and engaging on sector themes.
Identify and implement opportunities to develop further income with appropriate solutions.
Drive client dialogue on behalf of the group, ensuring enquiries and issues are resolved satisfactorily.
Coordinate with relevant parties for deal execution and prepare proposals in partnership with Credit Risk colleagues.
Prepare and present responses to invitations to tender for new and existing business, collaborating with specialist providers to enhance business returns.

Solid understanding of credit risk: You should have a strong grasp of credit risk principles and practices to effectively manage and mitigate risks within the client portfolio.
Ability to influence and persuade: Build trusting and collaborative relationships while communicating effectively at all levels and across different audiences.
Strong leadership skills: Demonstrate the ability to motivate, develop, and appraise team members to ensure their performance meets the current and future needs of the business.
Proven track record in Relationship Management: Experience in maintaining client relationships, particularly within the Healthcare, TMT & Leisure sectors, to drive business growth and achieve strategic objectives.
Strategic planning and implementation skills: Ability to develop and implement strategic plans and objectives, showing initiative and a proactive approach to achieving business goals.
Experience in managing a portfolio of clients and marketing a range of products and services: Validated ability to market the full range of banking products and services to achieve an acceptable level of profit, risk and return.
