Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a senior brand marketing consultant to join our growing team in London as Vice President of Client Services.
This is an exciting and dynamic role for someone with extensive knowledge and experience advising brands at the highest level on their partnership marketing investments in sport and entertainment.
THE ROLE
We’re looking for someone with a deep understanding of, and passion for, connecting brands to culture.
Reporting into the Head of Brand Consulting in London, this individual will play a key role in the development and growth of our portfolio of clients across sport, entertainment and social impact.
A senior consultant with the confidence and ability to build, implement and manage actionable marketing strategies that drive impact, as well as attention.
Ideally this person will come from a senior marketing role – either in-house or agency-side. They will thrive in a changing, fast-paced, commercial and creative environment, and have a proven track record servicing brands, managing projects, and building relationships at the highest level.

Qualifications/Requirements
What does the role involve?
- Overseeing and guiding a portfolio of clients, partners and projects in global markets.
- Collaborating with Account, Function and Inter-Agency Department leads to provide best-in-class client solutions.
- Leading account teams responsible for all elements of partnership strategy and delivery.
- Developing data and insight-led creative campaigns that meet client objectives.
- Creating multi-channel activation plans that maximise contractual rights and assets.
- Establishing KPI’s and measurement frameworks to track effectiveness.
- Fostering and maintaining strong relationships with senior clients and stakeholders.
- Providing senior counsel and consultancy to clients based on extensive industry knowledge and experience.
- Managing all financial elements of your client’s business.
- Motivating and empowering teams to strive for excellence and contributing to a fun, inclusive agency culture.
- Identifying and growing organic business development opportunities with existing clients as well as supporting new business proposals and pitches.
- A senior partner to manage and grow our business.
- Extensive brand consulting experience in sport, entertainment and cultural partnerships (this is not a Sales role).
- Proven track record developing and delivering global sponsorship programmes.
- Exceptional leadership, team and client management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation-writing skills.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- An agency / client servicing background is preferrable but not essential.
