Job Description
Due to the growth of our client base and caseload we are looking for an additional vet(s) to join our amazing Team
Our Practice is located in West Sussex and there are great transport links whether you drive, take the local bus or train. The local station is a short walk away with direct routes offered from Gatwick, Brighton, Worthing and Chichester.
We are a first opinion surgery with a large experienced team of 12 Vets, 11 RVNs (not forgetting our trainee nurses, VCAs and our always helpful reception team).
We are fortunate to have all the diagnostic equipment needed to carry out detailed examinations/investigations of your patients. These include ultrasound, digital x-ray, dental x-ray, in house lab, endoscopy and arthroscopy. We also hospitalise overnight our own cases (dedicated team), which allows us to fully follow patients and cases during their treatment. We also now have a CT Scanner, dental suite and two operating theatres.
Because we know that our profession is stressful, we offer a rota that allows plenty of time off, to get the right work/life balance. We offer a full week off every 4 on top of your holidays, with an average 35 hours per week over those 4 weeks.
The rota is based around different shift patterns to include consults, surgery and hospital. You would only be required to work one weekend in four.
The positions to fill could suit a vet couple, as they would enjoy the week off simultaneously
