We are looking for a Veterinary Receptionist to join our amazing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is friendly and enthusiastic, with a passion for customer service and a love for animals.
You day-to-day
This is a busy and demanding role in which you will be required to welcome our clients and their pets to the surgery, deal with enquiries both on the telephone and face to face, take payments, book appointments, handle medication and carry out varied admin tasks. The successful candidate will ideally need to have experience in a customer care role and excellent customer service skills and the ability to cope well under pressure.

This is a part-time permanent role working an average of 11.7 hours per week. Shifts include:

Your rota
This is a part-time permanent role working an average of 11.7 hours per week. Shifts include:
- Mondays every other week at Pengelly & Mizen, Park Road, Peterborough 2:30 pm - 7:30 pm.
- Fridays every week at Hampton Veterinary Centre, Hampton Hargate, Peterborough 10:30 am - 7:30 pm with a one hour unpaid lunch break.
- Saturdays 1 in 5 at Hampton Veterinary Centre 7:45 am - 1:45 pm.
- A degree of flexibility to cover other days for holidays and sickness cover would be welcomed.
