Hall Place Veterinary Centre has an exciting opportunity for two new veterinary receptionists! We are looking to recruit two dedicated people to join our friendly team of vets, nurses and fellow receptionists at our Pinkney's Green main surgery and our Bourne End branch.

The Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

  • Greeting clients and their pets on arrival
  • Efficiently managing the diaries, booking/cancelling or re-arranging appointments, handling online bookings and maintaining client records
  • General Administration duties as requested
  • Processing payments, cashing up at the end of the day
  • Managing client orders and repeat prescriptions

Hall Place Veterinary Centre is a long-established, thriving small animal practice with three sites. Pinkney's Green, our hospital branch, is located in a picturesque barn conversion in the countryside, backed by two smaller branches in the bustling villages of Bourne End and Marlow.

The perfect fit

We are looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated individuals who are customer care-focused and have strong communication skills. You should be able to build good relationships with our clients and remain calm and confident in sometimes highly emotional situations.

Good computer literacy and organisational skills are essential. Successful candidates should have reception experience, ideally within the veterinary sector, though not essential, as additional training will be provided.

Your shift pattern

These roles offer flexible working up to 30 hours per week on a rota basis, Monday to Friday and some Saturdays.
