Key Responsibilities
As a Veterinary Receptionist, your role will involve:
- Frontline customer service: Be the first point of contact for clients, greeting them warmly and helping with their enquiries (in person, on the phone, and via email).
- Appointment scheduling: Book appointments for clients and manage the clinic's daily calendar.
- Client communication: Provide clear, helpful information about our services, treatments, and preventive care options.
- Administrative tasks: Handle office duties such as managing client records, processing payments, and keeping the reception area organised.
- Support the veterinary team: Assist in maintaining a smooth operation of the clinic by liaising between the clients and the veterinary team.
- Stock management: Assist in ordering and managing clinic supplies as needed.

This is a part-time role working 25 hours per week;
- Monday and Tuesday - 1 pm - 7 pm
- Wednesday - 8:30 am - 5 pm
- Friday - 2 pm - 7 pm
