What You'll Do
Daily Excellence:
- Maintain spotless standards throughout our veterinary surgery
- Follow specialized veterinary cleaning protocols and RCVS guidelines
- Manage clinical and domestic waste disposal safely and efficiently
- Maintain and restock cleaning supplies across all areas
- Maintain non clinical area’s ensuring a safe, clean environment
- Deep clean designated areas on rotation schedules
- Service air conditioning units and filters
- Support laundry operations when needed
- Collaborate closely with veterinary staff to ensure seamless operations
- Learn veterinary-specific hygiene protocols
- Develop expertise in clinical waste management
- Gain knowledge of specialized disinfection procedures
Competitive Package:
- £25,397 per annum (full-time equivalent) (DOA)
- Regular performance reviews with progression opportunities

Essential Qualities:
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare environment
- Commitment to following strict hygiene and safety protocols
- Reliability and professional presentation
- Initiative in the working environment
- Previous cleaning experience (healthcare environment preferred)
- Understanding of health and safety regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
