The Opportunity

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Vendor Compliance Co-ordinator to join our Global Vendor Compliance Team.

This role reports to the Head of Global Vendor Compliance & Sustainability and plays a critical part in ensuring our suppliers meet the highest standards in ethical sourcing, product quality, sustainability, and customer/licensor compliance.

Please note: This role is based in Shoreham-by-Sea, and the successful candidate will be expected to travel and work onsite 3–4 days per week.

What are the key duties of the role?

  • Maintain and manage supplier and factory compliance records, certifications, and audits across internal systems (e.g., SEDEX, Navision).
  • Liaise with vendors globally to track audit renewals, follow up on non-compliances, and ensure timely submission of required documentation.
  • Upload and maintain documentation to customer and licensor approval platforms.
  • Coordinate internal audit schedules and document follow-ups from customer or licensor reviews.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Sourcing, Product, Supply Chain, QA) to ensure supplier quality and compliance integration across all stages of production.
  • Help monitor and analyse compliance KPIs to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain and improve compliance manuals, training materials, and SOP documentation.
  • Support product quality checks, including incoming goods inspections, stock QC, and coordination of transit testing.
  • Participate in customer complaint investigations, providing documentation, root cause analysis, and tracking corrective actions.
  • Contribute to traceability and sustainability initiatives by helping map supplier tiers, gather raw material data, and ensure data transparency.
  • Collaborate with team members on the rollout of new compliance systems or updates.
  • Provide administrative support during peak periods and assist with preparation for audits, reviews, and reporting.

What we need you to bring to the team:

  • Experience working with suppliers, retailers, and ideally licensors in a compliance, QA, or ethical sourcing function.
  • Proactive, curious, and detail-oriented mindset.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Professional and confident communication style across cultures and seniorities.
  • Familiarity with systems such as SEDEX, Navision, or similar compliance platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word); data reporting skills are a plus.
  • A can-do attitude and genuine enthusiasm for working collaboratively within a global supply chain environment.

Please note: This role is based in Shoreham-by-Sea, and the successful candidate will be expected to travel and work onsite 3–4 days per week.
