About The Role
Working as part of the repair centre team you will act as the damage repair consultant.
- Inspect damaged vehicle.
- Select appropriate repair methods appropriate to customer needs, site resource.
- Talk through repair methods and upselling opportunities with customers.
- Construct repair estimates using supporting images.
- Maximise profit potential by monitoring repair stages and gathering evidence to support the estimate.
- Attend daily production meetings to update colleagues on Damage Assessments and customer requirements
- Undertake final quality Control inspections.

- The drive and passion to deliver high quality repairs and customer outcomes.
- Someone who can work as part of a team with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of modern repair methods with an ability to maximise repair opportunities.
- Commercial awareness - ability to maximise productivity/profit.
- Willingness to embrace best practices.
- Qualification and experience e.g. VDA IMI
