About The Role

Working as part of the repair centre team you will act as the damage repair consultant.

  • Inspect damaged vehicle.
  • Select appropriate repair methods appropriate to customer needs, site resource.
  • Talk through repair methods and upselling opportunities with customers.
  • Construct repair estimates using supporting images.
  • Maximise profit potential by monitoring repair stages and gathering evidence to support the estimate.
  • Attend daily production meetings to update colleagues on Damage Assessments and customer requirements
  • Undertake final quality Control inspections.

You will play a pivotal role in our customer journey, working in partnership with customers and skilled production teams to achieve the best outcome.

  • Knowledge of modern repair methods with an ability to maximise repair opportunities.
  • Commercial awareness - ability to maximise productivity/profit.

  • Qualification and experience e.g. VDA IMI
