We are currently looking to recruit a Valuer into our Reeds Rains branch in Little Sutton, Ellesmere Port.

In the role of a Valuer you will be responsible for growing and developing the Sales instructions within the branch by

• Generating and conducting Sale Valuation appointments
• Winning and securing new instructions on properties to sell
• Business Prospecting and proactive activity
• Extensive local market knowledge and networking
• Maximising branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)
• Displaying excellent customer service at all times
  
  
  

Reporting into the Branch Manager you will be a key member of the branch success story. We want you to realise your potential so you will need drive, determination and flexibility in order to achieve beyond your objectives.
