We are now looking for an experienced Valet Supervisor to join our growing team at our Wakefield Prep Centre in Crigglestone. This is a full time position, working Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm. We’re looking for someone who’s highly organised, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and can step up with extra hours during peak times when needed.

The Role – What will I be doing?
Whether it’s coordinating deliveries and collections, supporting the branch manager, managing staff schedules, getting hands on, or keeping on top of supply orders—you’ll be at the heart of it all.

Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently planning and overseeing the daily schedule for deliveries and collections
- Assisting the manager in the smooth operation of all activities
- Driving a strong culture of excellent customer service across the team
- Promoting clear and effective communication between all team members and leadership
- Monitoring stock levels of cleaning and valeting supplies, and arranging reorders as necessary
- Acting as the point of contact with both internal departments and external partners
- Ensuring that valet areas remain clean, orderly, and compliant with health and safety standards
- Creating and maintaining staff rotas to guarantee adequate shift coverage
- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and approachable manner
- Excellent organisational abilities and a keen eye for detail
- A proactive attitude, with the confidence to work independently as well as part of a team
- Leadership qualities and the ability to inspire and motivate others to meet goals
- A solid understanding of what makes great customer service
- A full UK driving licence
- Willingness to be flexible with working hours, especially during busy periods
